With over six years of experience in the culinary field, Erin is responsible for creating nourishing, thoughtfully prepared meals that support clients during detox, stabilization, and ongoing treatment.

As Head Chef, Erin oversees daily meal planning and preparation with an emphasis on balanced nutrition, consistency, and comfort. She approaches the kitchen as a grounding space within the treatment environment, one that helps establish routine, safety, and a sense of being cared for. Her work is rooted in the belief that food is not only fuel, but an essential component of emotional and physical healing.
