Michael Duffy

Michael Duffy, RADT, serves as the Lead Behavioral Health Technician at Elevate Wellness Center. With six years of experience in the behavioral health field, he plays a key role in supporting client safety, stabilization, and engagement during the early stages of recovery. Michael’s work focuses on creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment that helps clients develop foundational recovery skills. He approaches care through a motivational and trauma-informed lens, supporting individuals as they navigate detox and early treatment with dignity, accountability, and consistent support.

Michael believes in trauma-informed, compassionate care that treats addiction as a chronic and recoverable condition. My approach balances empathy with structure—meeting each client with dignity while supporting safety, accountability, and personal growth throughout the recovery process.

He is driven by the transformation that begins in detox. Helping clients feel seen, supported, and capable of change motivates me to show up each day with patience, integrity, and a genuine belief in recovery.

Outside of work, Duffy enjoys riding his motorcycle, spending time outdoors, and staying actively involved in the recovery community.
