Levels of Care at New Spirit Recovery

  • Residential Treatment. Our residential program offers a peaceful, structured setting where clients can fully immerse in therapy and healing. With 24/7 support, individualized plans, and holistic services, this is an ideal choice for those needing a higher level of care.
  • Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). PHP provides a balance of structure and independence. Clients attend intensive therapy during the day and return home or to a sober living residence in the evening. It’s a strong transitional step for those stepping down from residential care or who need daily support.
  • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Flexible yet effective, our IOP is designed for clients who require ongoing therapy while maintaining other commitments. With sessions several times per week, clients continue progressing in recovery while rebuilding routines and community ties.
  • Aftercare Planning. Recovery doesn’t end after discharge—it evolves. From day one, our team helps clients map out a realistic, supportive aftercare plan that includes therapy referrals, alumni check-ins, and reintegration tools tailored to Monterey-area resources.
