• Yoga, strength training, and movement therapy to reconnect with the body
• Sound therapy, acupuncture, and mindfulness for stress relief and clarity

Levels of Care Tailored to You

We offer multiple levels of care to match the clinical, emotional, and logistical needs of each individual.

• Residential Treatment. 24/7 care in a structured, supportive environment. Ideal for those beginning recovery or needing distance from high-risk situations.
• PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program). Structured daily therapy sessions with the flexibility to return to a sober living home or stable housing in the evenings.
• IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program). Multiple therapy sessions per week, allowing clients to maintain jobs, school, or family responsibilities while remaining engaged in recovery.
• Aftercare & Alumni Planning. We help clients build a personalized plan for long-term success, including therapy referrals, peer support, and re-entry tools.
