David Ressler

David Ressler serves as Program Director for New Spirit Recovery and Elevate Wellness Center. With seven years of experience in the substance use disorder treatment field, he provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure programs are effective, accountable, and positioned for sustainable growth.

In his role, David oversees the day-to-day and long-term operational management of treatment programs, including program development, performance improvement initiatives, and organizational growth strategy. He works closely with clinical and administrative teams to align systems, processes, and staffing with evidence-based practices and measurable outcomes, supporting both quality care delivery and operational efficiency.

 

David believes effective care is built on strong leadership, accountable systems, and evidence-based practices. High-quality outcomes are achieved when organizations invest in staff development, clear processes, and a culture of continuous improvement.
